REFUNDS

Services – J. Stanley Salon has no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.

Products – Unused/unopened retail products/tools may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. J. Stanley Salon offers an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days. Used products and tools may only be exchanged or credited, pending management approval.\

Bundles – Bundles, once purchased, are non-refundable. The value of the remaining services on a package may be returned for salon credit pending management approval. Once a bundle has been returned you are not able to purchase that bundle again.

Stanley Salon ships UPS & Federal Express. All orders shipped UPS or Fedex are subject to UPS and Fedex shipping charges.
